Considering the global impact of COVID-19, Thomson Reuters realizes that many of our customers are not able to have a physical presence at their offices and are working remotely. In order to ensure that we can continue to effectively communicate with you, we are offering electronic delivery of invoices.


If you are interested in receiving electronic invoices, please sign-up through MyAccount, contact Customer Service at 800-387-5164, or email us. For the fastest service, please reference your account number(s) when contacting us. 

You can still choose to continue receiving paper invoices to your existing office location.


The Thomson Reuters Canada MyAccount service allows you to use your MyAccount password to complete your order quickly and track your order status.

To obtain a MyAccount Password

We would be pleased to provide you with a password to access our MyAccount service at no charge. Passwords will be sent out automatically within 24-48 hours.
