Elise Sieradzki

Elise Sieradzki joined Practical Law Canada after practising as a senior associate in the Real Estate Group at Torys LLP, where her practice was focused on commercial real estate matters, including financings, public-private partnerships transactions, acquisitions, and real estate project financings.

Ms. Sieradzki commenced her career in private practice as a corporate commercial real estate associate with the law firm of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where she specialized in commercial real estate transactions.
