Hank White

Hank White joined Practical Law Canada from The Bank of Nova Scotia, where he was legal counsel responsible for providing transactional, structuring, and risk management advice to the bank’s international banking and trade finance groups for eight years. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements for international corporate lending and finance transactions.

Mr. White commenced his career in private practice as a corporate and commercial associate with the law firm of Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto, where he practised in the financial services group and specialized in secured lending, including syndicated loans, asset backed loans, equipment finance, and conventional lending.
