Marcy McKee

Marcy McKee joined Practical Law Canada from private practice specializing in e-discovery. She also practised litigation for 10 years at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, focusing on class actions, product liability, and commercial litigation. Her commercial litigation practice included contract, shareholder and real estate disputes, injunctions, securities and banking litigation, and negligence claims.

Marcy has significant motion and trial experience, and has appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts, arbitration panels, and the Federal Court. Marcy obtained her LL.B. from the University of Victoria.
