Sean Farrell

Sean Farrell joined Practical Law Canada after practising as a partner with McMillan LLP, specializing in securities and public markets transactions with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border offerings of securities and mergers and acquisitions. He also advised public companies with respect to corporate governance matters and securities disclosure and compliance matters.

He has been recognized in Chambers Global for Corporate M&A, the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory for Corporate Finance & Securities, and the Legal Media Group’s Guide to the World’s Leading Corporate Governance Lawyers. He is also a counsel to Fasken Martineau and a member of their financial institutions group.
